Step 7 : Find Load per Subscriber![]() For
a new system, if we know the Erlangs of traffic expected, we can
get an average load per subscriber by dividing the expected traffic
by the number of subscribers per cell.
The number of Erlangs per subscriber should be specified in the
bid or contract. Be sure to verify it with the customer.
Normally for a new market, we assume a value between 0.02 - 0.04
